These terms cover plutuscrypto.com and the demo on it. Taking payments through Plutus Crypto is governed by a separate merchant agreement that you receive and sign at onboarding.
The demo is a demo
The live demo simulates a checkout in your browser. No real funds move, no real addresses are issued, and the rates shown are illustrative. Nothing on the demo pages is an offer to buy or sell any asset. Do not send funds to any address shown on this website.
Information, not advice
We try to keep the descriptions of the service accurate and current, and we correct them when we find them wrong. They are a description of what the service does, not financial, legal or tax advice, and the availability of any feature in your country depends on onboarding and licensing.
Pricing shown here
The three percent rate and the calculators on this site describe our standard offer. The rate that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing in your merchant agreement.
Your use of the site
You may browse, link to and quote from this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that interferes with other visitors, attempt to access anything behind the public pages, or present its content as your own. The Plutus Crypto name and the coin mark are ours.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information here, from interruptions to the site, or from anything you send to an address shown on it against the warning above.
Law
Dutch law applies to these terms and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
