Grouped by what people usually ask first. If yours is not here, ask us and we will add it.
Cost
What does it cost?
Three percent per transaction, and that is the whole bill. Conversion, blockchain network fees, screening and settlement to your bank are inside it. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no chargeback fee.
Can I pass the cost on to my customer?
Yes, and most merchants do. You set a surcharge for paying in crypto at checkout. Add four percent and the three percent is covered with just under one percent left for you on every crypto order. Add nothing and you absorb it the way you absorb card fees today.
Is there a minimum monthly volume?
No. A shop that takes one crypto payment a month pays three percent on that payment and nothing else.
What costs extra?
Outgoing payouts carry the network fee of the chain at that moment, shown before you confirm. A dedicated hardware terminal, if you want one. Settlement in a currency other than euros, pounds or dollars. That is the list.
Payments
What happens if the price moves while the customer is paying?
The quote is locked for fifteen minutes. Inside that window the exchange risk is ours. If the customer pays after it expires, the payment is re quoted at the new rate and either side can walk away.
What if a customer sends too little or too much?
You see the shortfall or the surplus in the dashboard and decide per case: accept it, ask for the difference, or refund the whole amount to the sending address in one click. No fee is taken until you have decided.
Can my customers pay from an exchange account?
Yes. Any wallet, exchange or hardware device that can send to an address works. There is nothing for the customer to install and no account to create with us.
How long does a payment take to confirm?
From under a minute on the XRP Ledger and Solana to twenty minutes or so on Bitcoin, depending on the confirmation depth you set. The currencies page lists typical times per network.
Can I release goods before the payment is final?
Yes, for amounts you choose. A payment seen in the mempool almost always confirms, so many merchants release small tickets on first sight and wait for finality on large ones. The dashboard marks which was which.
Can I refund in crypto?
Yes, to the address the payment came from or to one the customer gives you, in full or in part, in one click from the payment's page.
Settlement
Do I have to hold any crypto?
No. The default is to convert at the moment of payment and pay you in euros, pounds or dollars. Holding a stablecoin balance is optional, and most merchants only do it to make payouts or refunds in kind.
How fast is settlement, really?
The fiat payout runs on the banking day, so a payment confirmed on Tuesday reaches your account on Wednesday by SEPA or Faster Payments. Weekends and bank holidays roll to the next business day.
What does the bank statement say?
One line per settlement with a reference you can match to the settlement statement in the dashboard, which lists every payment inside it and the fee taken.
Which currencies can I settle in?
Euros, pounds and US dollars as standard. Others are quoted per case.
Compliance
Which countries can you onboard?
Most of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, with more markets opening as licensing allows. Regulated sectors such as gaming need a licence check first, so tell us your market when you get in touch.
Will my bank be comfortable with this?
That is the point of the screening. Every incoming transaction is checked before it is credited, settlements arrive from a regulated counterparty, and we can send your bank the information pack they usually ask for.
What do you need from me to open an account?
Who owns the business, what it sells, where it sells, and the bank account we settle to. It takes a few days, mostly waiting on documents.
Is card data involved anywhere?
No. Nothing that touches a card network touches us, so your PCI scope does not grow by adding crypto.
Integration
How long does integration take?
A payment link takes minutes and needs no integration. The hosted checkout is one API call and a redirect. A plugin for your shop platform is an install and two keys. A full API integration with webhooks is usually a day or two of developer time.
Which shop platforms do you support?
WooCommerce, Magento 2, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Drupal Commerce and Shopware have plugins. Anything else uses the hosted page or the widget.
Is there a sandbox?
Yes, and it mirrors production exactly: same API, same checkout, same webhooks, paid with test coins from a faucet in the dashboard. The live demo on this site is what it looks like.
What if my server misses a webhook?
We retry with backoff for 24 hours, and every event can be replayed from the dashboard or fetched from the events endpoint afterwards.
