What this site knows about you
Short, because there is not much. This notice covers plutuscrypto.com, the website. The merchant agreement you sign at onboarding covers the payment service itself.
What we collect
The contact form. When you request access we receive the name, company, work email, volume band and message you typed, plus the address of the page you sent it from. It is relayed to our inbox by a form service and stored in our mailbox. We use it to answer you and, if you become a customer, to open your account. We do not add you to a newsletter.
The demo. Everything in the live demo runs in your browser. Amounts, references and simulated payments never leave your device and are not sent to us.
Server logs. The host that serves these pages keeps standard access logs: the address you connected from, the page you asked for and the time. They are used to keep the site running and are not combined with anything else.
What we do not do
- We set no tracking cookies and load no advertising or analytics scripts from third parties.
- We do not sell, rent or share the information from the form with anyone except the form relay that delivers it to us.
- We do not profile visitors or follow you to other websites.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our using it. Write to info@plutuscrypto.com and we answer within a month, usually much sooner. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for two years afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case they join your account records. Server logs are rotated after ninety days.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version appears here with the date it took effect. This version took effect on 9 September 2026.
